1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PackageSave.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

PackageSave provides a platform that enables businesses to purchase discounted shipping labels from carriers including UPS. We act as a reseller of shipping services and do not directly transport packages. All shipments are subject to the applicable carrier's terms, conditions, and service guides.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be a registered Canadian business
  • Provide accurate, complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all shipment information is accurate and complete
  • Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and carrier requirements
  • Properly packaging items according to carrier guidelines
  • Paying all charges incurred through your account
  • Maintaining accurate billing information

5. Prohibited Items and Activities

You may not use the Service to ship:

  • Illegal substances or controlled goods
  • Hazardous materials (unless properly declared and permitted)
  • Weapons, firearms, or explosives
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Items prohibited by applicable law or carrier policies

You may not:

  • Resell, transfer, or share shipping labels
  • Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
  • Violate export controls or sanctions regulations
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures

6. Payment Terms

  • All purchases are charged to your registered payment method
  • Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
  • Shipping rates are subject to change and carrier adjustments
  • Additional charges may apply for address corrections, dimensional weight adjustments, or carrier surcharges

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Unused labels may be voided within the carrier's permitted timeframe
  • Refunds are subject to carrier policies and processing times
  • We do not guarantee refunds for labels that have been scanned or used
  • Account credits may be issued at our discretion

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damaged goods
  • Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific transaction in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier

9. Carrier Terms

All shipments are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable carrier. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by:

  • The carrier's service guide and tariff
  • The carrier's liability limitations
  • The carrier's prohibited items list
  • Any additional carrier-specific requirements

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PackageSave, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your shipment contents
  • Any third-party claims related to your shipments

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Change pricing with reasonable notice
  • Update these Terms as necessary

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
